This
picture book tells the story of bully who ends up with a change of heart. I taught character traits using this
story. My third grade students
illustrated the main character and listed as many character traits as they
possibly could. This activity was
conducive in teaching the difference between character traits and character feelings/emotions. For younger children, it would be a great
tool for discuss beginning, middle, and end.
